Warranty Type - Conditional Warranty:


On July 1st, 2018, KYNTEC changed its 1,000,000 round warranty to a conditional warranty. Any product sold after July 1st, 2018 will need to be sent to KYNTEC for evaluation to determine the root cause of the concern. In the event of a product failure, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be required, and the product must be returned for evaluation. Once the free evaluation and failure analysis is completed, a member of our sales team will contact you to determine the next steps.

We're 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of the buffers, you may exchange it within 90 days of purchase. 

 

If you purchase the wrong buffer we ask that you work with the offical KySHOT dealer you purchased the buffer from. KYNTEC Corporation/KynSHOT does not sell directly to the public, and we do not exhcnage buffers that were purchased by mistake, unless it was un oppened or not used. 

 

Any buffers that are claimed defective due to design, materials or craftsmanship, a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) will need to be issued in order for the buffer to be turned in and evaluated. Please contact the factory at 716-616-3630  or email on the contact us page to receive a Return Authorization Number.

 

Once the buffer is received and KynSHOT's Engineering and Quality Team has completed their review, Customer Service will contact you to offer our findings.  If a factory evaluation determins that the issue is due to design, materials or craftsmanship KynSHOT will replace the buffer. If the buffer is deemed to not have an issue related to design, materials or craftmanship, KynSHOT will send the buffer back to you, or replace the buffer with a brand new buffer for $60.00 (shipping included). 

 

If it is determined that the buffer has been mis-applied or is worn out due to normal wear/tear and has made it through the normal life cycle KynSHOT will offer a credit (prorated based on the factory evaluation) towards the purchase of a new buffer.  Merchandise credit will include the cost of the buffer as well as shipping and handling fees.

 

We are not responsible for any damages accociated with KynSHOT installation and we require proof of purchase to honor any exchange. Please include your proof of purchase with the buffers you wish to return or exchange or include it in your package of returned item(s).

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within 90 days of purchase) in certain situations, including:

  • Buffers damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Buffers showing excessive wear and tear. Products differ, but generally, wear and tear is considered excessive if the product is nearing the end of its practical use, or just looks heavily-worn
  • Buffers with a missing label or label that has been defaced
  • Buffers returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
  • Buffers that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
  • On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Return Policy
  • Products purchased from third party sellers (Items purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned to them and are subject to their return policies).

 

Always use proper firearms safety and abide by all local and federal laws.  KynSHOT recoil buffers are subject to the export control laws of the United States, including the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2571 et seq.), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations  (22 C.F.R. Part 120 et seq.), and/or the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. Part 730 et seq.).  Any transfer, retransfer, or disclosure of this data to a Foreign Person without United States Government authorization is also prohibited.
